Return and Cancellations
Please note that your order is created just for you. The fabric and style is your selection, which makes your order unique. Please choose carefully, all orders are considered special order and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Cancellations will be accepted within 72 hours of order placement. Following the 72 hour period an order may be cancelled provided that it has not been shipped. Orders cancelled beyond the 72 hour period will result in a $25 processing fee.
Taxes
State and local sales taxes will be added to purchases shipped to addresses within North Carolina, Texas and Pennsylvania.
Shipping of Replacement Cushions and Covers
Orders within the contiguous 48 states are shipped via UPS Ground. Orders will ship 4 - 6 weeks after receipt, for most fabric selections. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box or at the same time. Items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states are delivered by Parcel Post, additional shipping charges apply.
